Yeah pretty sure McJesus goes to one of Buffalo/Edmonton/Calgary.

And yeah we should probably wait until October before dreaming up any slogans.
C'mon, its not very Vancouver-like to be patient and rational...

Also, are we really that much better *in this conference*, than the Oilers or Calgary? If we split those matchups the point totals might be pretty close.

Benning has positioned this team so that we have a lot of cap space. I think he did it for a reason. Unless of course Linden hadn't heard of your superior abilities to GM the club. Wait until the season starts..no I'm sorry, cry away, you may as well stay with your strong suit.

Listening to Iginla it's obvious he didn't pick Vancouver, as most predicted, because he senses we are a re-build, even though we signed Miller. Actually what he said was it was a tough choice, even Vancouver because they signed Miller and don't seem to be in a re-build like he thought.

AV's offered more term, one year more. Seems in the end it was down to two teams, Tampa and AV's.

Will the Canucks FINALLY get that elite superstar? - McDavid or Eichel? It remains to be seen but I like our chances. Where is Blobby beer bellies McKenzies? The resident Sicilian

Well I think my point about them being in the McJesus Sweepstakes precludes that giant IF from happening.

Also, can we do any worse against the California teams than last year?

Doc, in 2-3 years we are going to have a pretty damn good young hockey team that this city is gonna go nuts for. Patience, my friend...ya gotta stop wanting to adapt the ole keep er going Flames model.

Chicago now joins Philly as teams already over the salary cap.
