Yeah baby!

Dallas and Minnesota got a whole lot better! Woohoo

Yeah looking at all these guys coming West... I certainly don't like the Canucks' chances of scoring our way into that Wildcard spot.
Ya think?
Yeah, just a tad. We've gotten worse, teams like Minny and Dallas (who were already better than us) get better.

You also have to think with players like Granlund and Nidereitter (Minny) and Benn and Nischushkin (DAL), they're likely to improve internally as well as with the new additions. The Canucks might get decent improvement from Kassian and Jensen, but guys like Shinkaruk and or Horvat even make the team we're nowhere near as "up and coming" as those other teams.

Glass to NYR. I guess he isn't coming back. Vancouver had a one year 1.2 deal on the table. He gets a three year deal with the NYR

The bottom feeders got better today as well! Hey danbobrob, hold on to your horses, we are in good positioning for winning the McDavid race!

Boggles the mind why we'd want him back. How many guys can Benning put on waivers come training camp? Higgins/Hansen/Matthias/Richardson/Vey/Sestito/Dorssett/Horvat already gearing for bottom-six spots.

It has to be the goal. It has to. There's no other logical reason behind the moves Benning has made.

I wonder why nobody has signed CC fan favourite - David Booth yet? The CC's most hated - Raymond, got a good contract today. Doesn't make sense.

Moulson to Buffalo, 5 years, 5 million per

Great move for Buffalo. They trade him at the deadline and get assets then get him back now for nothing but money. He sounds happy to be there. Go figure.

The lack of movement for Vancouver is rather striking really. I have to agree with you Uncle Dan. It really looks like we're going for a dive in '14/15... either that, or there's some delusional thinking going on.
