A lot of black people in Tampa. Wonder if they will run him out of town.

lol.

Well at #24 we can get a decent pick!

Guessing the Avs take scherbak, I wouldn't mind center Barbashev, 6'0 185lbs, played in QMJHL.
Ivan is an outstanding leader. He leads by his actions and there is nothing he won't do to help the team win. Versatile, skilled and competitive and can play in many spots in your lineup. Simply put, a winner's mentality all the way through.
Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.

Hello McCann.

"We don't want players that don't want to be here" - Jim Benning, Earlier today.

Good bye McCann.

Why do you say that? Is there a story about him hating Vancouver?

Well for those of us that wanted some good 'ol Canadian boys we're on the right track.

Horvat, Shinkaruk last year.
Virtanen, McCann this year.

The 4-6 year future looks fairly bright. It seems that between Horvat, McCann, and Gaunce our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th lines could be set for a while. Horvat and McCann in particular have that two-way ability that is versatile and highly valued.

Hopefully guys like Virtanen, Shinkaruk, Jensen and Kassian can develop into a new core of top-6 wingers.

He looked like he was in a funeral procession as he walked to the podium, then then interview with Duthie. Yikes. Obviously all first glance, and maybe he was just in sensory over load but Christ on a tricycle that's a bad first impression.
