Boycott Canucks?

Post by NorCalNucks »

What a dick move starting Lack over Luo. I know there is a thread about that but I simply want to say that it might be time to quit this addiction that is call Canucks Hockey. The management and coaching staff are bunch of dicks and the owner not taking action makes him a dick too. I can reason away many things such as bad trades, drafts, and even "for the greater good" moves But Ottawa is a winnable team for us regardless if who was in goal. Hockey gods demonstrated their displeasure and the nucks lost the game and Dank so I think it's time for us to take the cue to quit or boycott the nucks until changes are done. I am done watching the games until Torts and MG are gone. Bye dickheads.

Good riddance then. Nobody agreed with the goalie decision and yeah, the team stinks this year. Is it worth boycotting the team? That is laughable. Wanna know what's funnier than that? The fact I am even getting in on this thread!

It's panic button-pushing, drama queen fans like you that give the fan base a bad name. I would put money on it that when the Canucks were rolling in 2010 through 2012 you were the first to boast about it. They are usually the first to bail when the going gets tough, too.

Dickhead.

I don't think he will boycott the team, he is just a frustrated fan.

when you are frustrated you make poor decisions or in this case bad comments.

Nope, team will win all by season's end.

Yeah right... like I'll stop following this team because I'm supposed to feel sorry for a multimillionaire NHL goalie?

I've been through over 40 years of this, and so the idea of boycotting the Canucks is like the idea of boycotting my face...I can try, but the attachment isn't going anywhere. As bad as this has been this past two months, and oh this sucks, I can recall far far worse times. The difference, of course, is that we are experiencing a precipitious fall from grace. And I have to say, this is good sign in terms of fan discontent. For too much of the 40 years or so I've been following this team since I was a kid, just getting into the playoffs wasn't just okay...it was great!

Our expectations are higher now, as they should be, so no I won't boycott, but I do want them to rebuild it. In truth, with Lack, some young good D and what look to be some good forward prospects I think some key materials for that rebuild are in the system....but we need more, more
