They have a culture of losing and a bunch of players who were gods in junior but don't know how to play a team game.
Exactly this. This is why a player like Yakupov is having such a hard time. The leaders on the Coilers are not leaders. They are punk kids that have created cliques and are seriously lacking in moral fiber. There is no Jonathan Toews on this team. Just a bunch of Patrick Kanes with nobody to hold them accountable.

Kane is playing some phenomenal hockey right now and is also one of the best hockey players in the world. However, the Hawks would be no where without captain serious.

What's with all the stick work from the American players? Christ, I must have counted five crosschecks. Drop your sticks if you're going to fight.

Fighting is banned and can result in being tossed and or suspended. Thus the cross checks and pushing. Notice no one dropped their gloves, at least I didn't them do that.
The only HW the Canucks need

I know that, but why are they holding onto their sticks while glove punching each other? Can't they drop their sticks?

There was actually at least one player with both gloves off...

The Beast may have awoken - Michael Grabner scores two goals last night. Watch him light the lamp now.

I think this season, the gattling gun has regressed into a water pistol.

Unfortunately water pistol grabner just doesn't have the same ring.

Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

Grabner has not scored a single goal in a single game this season.
