I would think in the next CBA there will be a couple of compliance buyouts again
Why would you think that?
The past reasons for CBOs likely won't exist next time round...

So there are no shitty contracts that teams will want to buyout at a fraction of the cost?

The majority of NHL teams don't want CBOs (they usually help rich teams out).
The players union don't want CBOs (the money comes out of the players' share).
The first time it came in was because it was a necessity due to the new salary cap.
The second time was was a necessity due to due to the reduction of the players' share of revenues.
These conditions are not going to exist next negotiations.

I just think there might be some sort of Get Out of Jail free card for some of these teams.

Actually, ever since Reef explained his handle, I can't help but wonder what he did that infuriated her so.

Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.
I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

Good to know you’ve got it all sorted out before they have even had discussions

Why would Bettman allow CBO’s to the rich teams after he retroactively punished them for lifetime contracts?
Think about it, Blob.

*
sigh*
I've explained to you why they've done it in the past and how those circumstances won't be there this go around.
The NHL doesn't want CBOs, most of the teams don't want CBOs, and the players certainly don't want them.
I know you want to
believe there will be more CBOs in the next CBA
... but there is no logic to it whatsoever.
There is no reason for either side to "discuss" CBOs, wake the fuck up.
You're coming across as some kind of a unicorns and rainbows kinda guy here Blobert...
