Anybody know anything about Adam Polasek ?

Prospect or ?????

I haven't watched any Wolves games, so grain of salt... although I did see him play in pre-season. Although he's not known as a fighter, do you remember his fight against Teubert?



Of the farm defencemen, I think Connauton and Tanev are the ones with the real shot - then you have Sauve and Polasek, who each have excellent tools (size, skating), but realistically, are long shots as far as I can see.

Others?
Erixon looked like a potential poerplay/offensive D in pre-season, although small, but he seems to be struggling to adjust to a North American pro game.
Parent is unlikely to be resigned as an RFA
Neither is Ellington
Andersson probably comes to North America next season
Corrado will most certainly play in the OHL again
I wonder if they'll sign Baumgartner again as a veteran presence?

Pshawa was on TV the other night and to be frank Jensen ( or the part of the game I watched ) did not particularly stand out. It's tough to tell with Juniors often the 20 year olds dominate the play

^ I've only seen Jensen in the pre-season games, and then the WJC - but I have fairly high hopes that he will make the NHL with his size and puck skills. Unfortunately, he is unlikely to make the Canucks next season, so he will have to "spin his wheels" another season in junior.
