Tuesday Sept 27

QMJHL

Victoriaville 1 Baie-Comeau 6
Honzik 28 saves on 34 shots

Ouch. While his goaltending partener Whitney posts a shutout in the last game, Honzik is off to a poor start (GAA 5.10, SV% 0.836)

Hopefully Jensen has a fantastic year and it should be fun to watch him play in the World Juniors this year as well.

Unfortunately it will be for Denmark but they will be in the top division, so he will be up against the best.

Sure would be nice to see Schroeder really light it up in the minors.

I think they always knew he was returning for his overage year - but he was able to experience an AHL training camp - the Canucks don't have too much room to sign another pro contract, anyway... I think they're at 48 contracts.

Want to express thanks to Southern Canuck for the stats. I love this kind of stuff and am grateful you are doing it. Thanks. It looks like we might have one in Jensen.
