Ahh nostalgia! Superblades, sure, but the best thing was a Titan stick. The blade was fiberglass, so it held up like a superblade but didn't turn into a toothpick (at least not for quite a while). Grew up with a pair of Titans too. It's classic. Later on the brand name turned to Jofa but same const...

Btw i remember my first selfmade stick too well, a few wooden sheets, nails and lots of tape. It was heavy as hell like 10 pounds or so and broke down after every 10th slapper... Goalies must have LOVED it - splinters and nails coming at them every 10th shot. :D Fortunately we played without goalie...

Beside sports and news /reports i'm watching nothing else anymore.
