Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)

To be honest though, I'm worried about them having a lottery ticket in the McDavid Sweepstakes. I would not worry too much. The Leaves always find ways to just miss the playoffs without being a lottery team... duh, all teams that miss the playoffs are part of the Draft Lottery for the 1st...

Re: IIHF WJC

Why do you keep on going on about the fact that he's a 20 year old? duh, the fact that 20 year old hockey players don't have much experience playing at the highest level. Experience matters in a competition like the WHC and unless he has other attributes to compensate for that i.e. he is an excepti...

Re: IIHF WJC

Tryamkin turns 20 in a month or so, he will be ineligible. Isn't he under contract with the KHL for two more years? Too bad, could be a long time until we see him. Maybe we can see him at the World's next spring. With all due respect to Tryamkin, for him to make Team Russia next spring would certai...

To be honest, the user comments are, duh, more "gripping" than the actual video, IMO ..... :mex:

Re: All-Encompassing Coaching/Shot Blocking Discussion!!!

This shouldn't surprise anyone. The David Booth trade may have been the most harmful long term influence on the Canucks in the past few years but Torts was the absolutely the most harmful short term influence on the team. duh, I would suggest that the mis-handling of the goalie situations was the m...

Re: All-Encompassing Coaching/Shot Blocking Discussion!!!

So, yesterday on the Moj Show on TEAM Radio, he relayed a little anecdote on how Torts treated some of his players. Now it's been widely reported that Torts berated Booth for being late for a team meeting when he was was on time. But the Moj told of another alleged incident where I've never heard r...
