Re: GDT: R1G4 Canucks @ Sharks 7:00 PM PST TSN

It's just as well they got swept. Blow the team up. I am a 'lifer' so I will keep watching. Thanks for the memories,AV. Good luck in the future. The softie Sedins need to go. This team needs a championship after 41 years, the Sedins had their chance, too soft for the playoffs. Glad to hear Raymond i...

One goal so far by the Canucks. AV's defensive coaching is really paying off. Henrick Sedin no longer deserves to be our captain. Give the C to Kesler.

Nice finish , Raymond. Schneider looks average tonight. If we loose tonight, that will be six straight losses.

Less than 5 min. In and they are down by a goal and a Sedin has taken a penalty...........

Re: Feb 26 7PM GDT PHX @ VCR S-Pac

This was the one game I got to attend this year and It was dissapointing . The Canucks were good at playing on the boards in the offensive zone.... Alberts looked like a rookie out there. Kesler and Booth were invisible. The place is very quiet most of the time, but I'm sure the Rogers arena crowd h...

Re: GDT: Game 3 Vancouver @ LA Kings - April 15 7:30pm - CBC

The Canucks were the better team tonight. We should have won. The fact that we lost our third straight game really pisses me off. It seems like only a handfull of players really want to win, the rest are looking forward to a nice long summer to spend some of their money. With our leading scorer Dani...

Re: The Sedin & Keith Affair

I thought the NHL was trying to take head shots out of the game? 5 games is no deterant. Every time I watch the night's game highlights, I'm waiting for the next blatant attempt to injure. I am pretty sure there will be a lot more dirty plays in the next few months, and a lot more head shots. We jus...

Re: The Sedin & Keith Affair

Thanks for posting the link, DonLever That elbow makes my blood boil. Deliberate atttempt to injure and a 2 min. penalty. Keith won't drop the gloves. No Canuck exacts revenge on Keith during the rest of the game. I thought we were supposed to be a tougher team after the deadline? This reminds me a ...

Re: What changes should we make for next season?

Give the captaincy to Kesler Yes, this needs to happen. Of all your points, I agree with this one the most. Goaltending, Schneider was our #1 pick in 2004 and is our goalie of the future. Luongo is a great regular season goalie but has proven year after year that he is fragile in the playoffs. This...

Re: Ok, so the Canucks stunk in game 7 - Why?

Game 7 and they didn't battle. When the play was on the boards, the Bruins seemed to win most of the battles. Tim Thomas was outstanding the whole series. If Luongo had played just one strong game in Boston we could have been the Champions. Thomas got into our heads, instead of just TRYING to score ...

Re: R4G7 - Game 7 - Wednesday - 7pm

I'm shattered. I'm pissed off. Why do we bother. We were up 2-0 in the series then lost 4 of the last 5 games. Pathetic. Luongo is overpaid and that is why he will unfortunatly remain a Canuck for a long time, Cory Schneider will be traded to replace some injured players next year, and it will take ...

Boychuk - zero minutes for breaking a guy's back. Sedin - 10 minutes for getting punched
That sums it up.

Re: Raymond out 3-4 months

Get well soon Mason!! This will give the boys motivation for Wednesday night hopefully. One of our fastest skaters, a second line player, gets hit late into the boards in a vulnerable position. That was one of the dirtiest plays I've seen in a while. No call, no suspension. I'm steamed Boychuk (#55)...

Re: Knock The Bruins Off Tonight!

There has been nothing wrong with the way this series has been officiated except for the bite by burrows and cheap dirty play non calls on Canucks . As far as our fans go - Canucks fans deserve to be abused as they are arrogant punks just like the team. Didn't knock us off tonight. Go B's ! When th...

Re: Get #16 (Trev) to lead the Charge for Win #16

hmmmm, In theory this sounds good. The problem I have is that we will be seen as just copying Boston and I'm not into that. One thing I love about hockey in Vancouver is that we are original. Towel power, Dave Williams riding his hockey stick, the fans singing the anthem (I think). The 'flying V' je...
