Saw on twitter that Boeser popped a Hattie in first game of Da Beauty League today.

Indicates good things regarding his back injury.

What’s the lowdown on the new goalie coach? I ventured to hfboards to find info but I can’t handle that place.

Re: What grade do you give JB for the 2018 draft

What round pick would you use to pick up an asshole who can do more. I don’t mean score 20 goals but play 4th line and move up when needed. I was hoping for that in the 2nd round this year but without going a lot of homework not sure anyone was available with that skill set. I believe Tom Wilson wa...

Re: Free Agency 2018 & Everything Related

Players who can play in today’s NHL (not hurt your line up), is gritty, tough and a decent scrapper is becoming a scarce commodity. I won't use the "T" word, but I think the only priority for the Canucks next year should be the development of their young players, and I think that in today's NHL (no...

But earlier you said Roussel anihilated Kassian.
He could have, he let up. Realized that Zack was under the influence
I'm no Kassian fan but doesn't seem like Roussel either let up or anihilated Kassian.

Re: Vancouver's Hockey "Media"

He was hired because he brought in big advertising $$ for the team. Sure he’s a hack but apparently he’s one of the good guys. Give Pratt and Taylor the boot along with Moj Moj is harmless also clueless, but he means well But Pratt and Taylor are annoying 8 days a week. Momma Bingo hated him back w...

Re: What grade do you give JB for the 2018 draft

 I'm so over the Gillis vs. Benning debates, but ya gotta wonder if legacies eventually look something like this: Gillis: couldn't draft. Benning: couldn't do anything but draft. My guess here is that a part of his problem is that he appears to struggle in negotiations with what the other side...

Re: What grade do you give JB for the 2018 draft

Everyone knows JB/Brackett are way better in the later rounds after the 1st than pretty much any other canucks management/scouting crew in franchise history. They are a killer scouting drafting combo. Easy..... Beasley. Wait till he unearths a Bure, Scatchard, Schaefer, Sopel, Aucoin, Cooke, Odjick...

Re: Trades made - Trade Deadline Day 2018

If I recall when I did the numbers, a 3rd or 4th round pick has a 7% chance of playing a significant number of NHL games. But hey, Ottawa got a 7th for Nick Shore - WIN! I don't think trading Vanek for scrubs who can barely keep up at the NHL level is better than a 7% chance at a draft pick who mig...
