Re: Bald Ankles

At least the Pens still have their pride.

Losing while shit kicking your opponent takes some of the sting away.

The Canucks wouldnt know this.

Sad really

Re: Bolland takes shot at Sedin

Bolland and the Hawks had the NHL and therefore the refs in their pocket last playoffs. "Can't let the champs go out 4 straight! Makes our league look bush! " The non calls on Bolland bought the hawks atleast 2 more games. Bolland is too stupid to see this and still thinks he actually was the differ...

Re: Officiating

What can we do Clam? The obvious is not called and bs is. I never went to one playoff game but had a party during almost evry game. I spent thousands on food , beer and clean up. Only to feel f-ed. If I repeat this next year with the same results that would make me insane! Doing the same thing and e...

Rockheads logic.

The Canucks are somewhat soft. During the regular season the skill they put out draws penalties or the threat of penalties. This gives them room to operate and score. During the playoffs the line is blurred , heavily. Whats a penalty one game is a free ride the next. The fact that they were taught d...

Re: "Bruins Hockey"

Bruins hockey is fine!

I love it!

Tough, somewhat skilled, good goalie, lots of f-ing around after the whistle!

Its the sh*t! As long as the refs dont call it.... like they do when the Canucks play Bruins hockey.

Re: Luongo's "new" style

To me it seems Lou is still fighting the puck. He is making some great saves and he is also making some easy saves tougher on himself. Just like the Gold medal was won not because of him but possibly in spite of him(and Broduer). Well I think hes playing better than he did at the olympics. But IMO h...

Re: Breaking down the SJ series: what was learned?

I keep thinking back to the time the Canucks blew the Minnesota series when the Canucks out played the Mild and lost. San Jose is a great team. IMO better than Boston or TB. They were the hottest team in the second half and finished second in the West. A team like that is going to get shots, chances ...

Re: H Sedin = W Gretzky

First of all Hank is no Gretzky.

He is the premier set up man in the NHL today.

He also comes with an Art Ross winning twin brother.

I remind my kids every game how incredibly lucky we are to be witinessing these two.

Re: Breaking down the SJ series: what was learned?

Any team that advances this far is going to have a long list of positives. The posters here did a fine job of pointing these out. The fact is unless every game is a shutout with zero shots against there will be negatives. To me the biggest positive is the play of the Sedins and Bieksa. The biggest n...

Re: Colin Campbell Proves Again He Has Neither Balls Nor Bra

The Canucks need to carry a player that will hold players on the other team accountable. Ben Egar was out there taking runs at our better players not our role players. I think its irresonsible of the Canuck mgmt and coaches not to have an enforcer available for times like that. Gino, Antoski and Hun...
