Re: 2019 NHL ENTRY DRAFT - Vancouver

Yeah, I realize that. Sorry, I sort of combined two thoughts there. 1) I hope he’s got serious talent and 2) whatever Burke speculated regarding the possibility of a shortened contract may come to pass. I suspect Benning didn’t even expect he’d be available.

Re: 2019 NHL ENTRY DRAFT - Vancouver

There are some exceptional Russian players in the league right now. And note that the best ones don’t seem to be ‘problems’. Here’s hoping he makes it to the team sooner than 2 years.

Miller has an interesting history... Won the OHL leadership award as captain of the Greyhounds Won fastest skater and hardest shot at AHL all-star competition Traded to Boston in the Lucic to LA move He also looked damn good in this year's playoffs - notable hard-worker. Heart, speed, heavy shot, de...

Record setting parade. Amazing.

Check out leonard's last championship parade in San Antonio. Lamest ever?

Well, it's like a Patriots parade. The Spurs fans had become blasé.

Re: Canucks Contracts

Age, durability and Seattle Expansion playing into Bennings decision. To let Edler walk, better options out there, Myers is 4 years younger and more durable, same with Gardiner who turns 29 in July And they are worse players too. But hey let’s give them more annual salary and seven years to take th...

Nonetheless, congratulations to the Raptors on an impressive team victory.

How long will it be before the fan base moves from understandably jubilant to perpetually pompous and self-righteous?

I’m still not over 2011, won’t forgive the Sedins for not having any balls and AV not having plan C to deal with injuries.
You’re an idiot, but thanks for your thoughts.
At least I’m not a dumb fuck like you.
Easy now... I did thank you for your thoughts.

Re: Canuck News and Notes - 2018-2019

Patrick's show is good, so is Eisen's. Rome needs to be taken in cautious amounts. He's good, but the same problem of having a lot of time to fill causes the same thing you get with our local radio shows: repetition. He also has this tendency to say "that's the last I'll say on the subject, because ...

Re: 2018-2019 Stanley Cup Finals

Yeah, change the refs and restart the series in July. It's only fair.

Just wait... the coach and management are working the system so that when it really matters they'll get the call(s).
The Bruins will kick it in in overtime of game 7...

Re: Trade rumours & armchair pipe dreams 18-19 Sponsored by SKYO

Not Petey but maybe he got some chemistry with some of his Swedish line mates at the World's. Ya, man, ask those player's teams. Something like that has to work, doesn't it? Good idea, Mick. That's part of the reason he was signed here... Puck, your a good guy! You gotta work on joke recognition. ;...
