For a second, I thought Micky was going to point to himself in the old-timey team photo!

Re: Canuck News and Notes - 2018-2019

It was big news around here. thankfully our local area did fine, we're not near a flood plain - but some towns were cut off (other than air support) for a couple of weeks, millions of cows have died, ice chunks the size of trucks went through homes and towns. Some fields are under meters of sand an...

Gesus that is devastating. TBQH I don’t watch the news a ton so I’m not sure how much it was reported on here or not.

Kevin Bieksa should be a fixture in the Vancouver media.

The guy is a natural and he’d give this market a much needed boost and credibility all in one shot

Corn - is the earth ending or have you switched peoples accounts, a late April fools day joke? It's the off-season.... things will be getting a little unpredictable, but... Blobby will be getting happier as he gets out on the lake, and making the leeches drunk, Dude is ready to predict a whole slew...

Re: Canuck News and Notes - 2018-2019

I wouldn’t be trading either of them just yet. Demko has no value as it is so hang onto the kid and let him develop. From the handful of interviews I’ve heard the kid have he sounds like a well spoken and thoughtful young man. Goalies like pitchers are all flakes.

Re: Canuck News and Notes - 2018-2019

Bad move to keep Marky over Demko. The quirky dude is in the same age group as our core, he's shown his improving game. Dare I say, his development has been very smooth and quick for a goalie. Marky had one good year and is nearing the age where all goalies take a nosedive in every category, while ...

Re: 2018-2019 Playoffs - Round 1

Tampa has done a better job of hanging onto picks and have more depth, and evenness throughout their line up. But they've shown that when one of their core goes down or is playing injured they lack depth enough. Their problem was lack of adversity throughout the regular season. When the going got t...

Re: The Bubbles and Dud review every GM move thread

There was nothing wrong with the Sundin move. Totally agree Wids. If he would have signed July 1 and played the whole year he would have been a force. Bitching about Sundin is asinine especially since he has been gone for ten years

Re: The Bubbles and Dud review every GM move thread

Mats Sundin was paid 4.3 million for 1/2 a season.

Yet, if you eat enough paint chips you can convince yourself he was paid 20 million apparently.
