Has it ever leaked as to exactly why the deal fell through?

I've heard a couple of different variations of the story, and was never sure exactly what happened.

Those were rough times, media_man.

I remember seeing Trevor frustrated, and his confidence was shot.

Keenan was a real asshole.

Trevor has done so much for this organization and this city. We all owe him for it.
