I would stay away from Cole, injuries seem to follow that guy like body odor at the end of game day.

Maybe because AV treated him rather poorly, press box and significantly less ice time. As for MG, Gillis was not here duruing Linden's playing career.
The best thing for Linden is to take a step back and take some "Me" time. He will be back with the Nucks in the near future.

I would consider this after next season, we have Luongo under contract for 2 more years. I would rather see some upgrades via UFA, RFA, and trades for next season. Here is one, how about Kesler, Burrows, and Hossa for a #1 line. Burrows and Kesler are improving and have shown that they can score. Clearly they have also shown they are adept at hitting and "name calling", they could call it the nasty and nice line.

Malone, Vrbata, and Laraque and Fedotenko are the 4 I would go after. Fill the rest of the spots with home developed prospects. I would also resign BMOat about 2mil per.
