Re: Canucks @ Panthers 7:00 PM ET SN1, FS-F

Even if the ref called 2 minutes for roughing - the team still should have made a statement. 5 games in, to what should be an amazing career and this piece of shit body slams the rookie for making him look like a fool (which really wasn't that hard to do).

Re: Canuck News and Notes - 2018-2019

Roussel would've been in there doing something if it wasnt his first game [after a concussion] for us and had been getting called on everything. Hes an asshole Rouseel is the only player I would give a pass to from last night. No point taking a possible pounding to the head when there are a dozen o...

Re: Canucks @ Panthers 7:00 PM ET SN1, FS-F

Looking at it from a purely "2 points" standpoint. You need to consider that sure, we got the win. We also may have got the win after we found some revenge. More importantly, if we lose Pettersson for any length, or some other fuckhead takes him out - we're going to lose a LOT more games with Petter...

Re: Canucks @ Panthers 7:00 PM ET SN1, FS-F

Fuck winning it for Elias, really pissed nobody made like rat Burrows and actually showed some emotion for their downed teammate. Disappointed really. Win? Yeah who cares Exactly - I was REALLY expecting more in the 'post-Sedin' era. A brutal non-call followed up by a brutal non-response. Sure we m...

Nilsson has been good. At least he did not give up a goal on the first shot.
And sadly, that's about all we ask from our goalies these days....

Re: GDT 06-Oct-18: Canucks @ Flames 19:00 PST

I was excited to Boeser get going, but after the pre-season - I have to say I haven't been more exited about a rookie since Bure. Kinda funny how we were so excited about Hutton, Virtanen and McCANN 3 years ago. Yeah, it just speaks for our draft history Excited would be overstating it - Rats is ri...

...although not sure how that benefits the team acquiring Tanev, giving up a good young D prospect.
A team with a 'win now' approach and closing window on their chances should be wanted that extra insurance.

Unless we get a good young D back, we should keep him for the reasons you listed.

The only smart move for trading Tanev is finding a team at the deadline who's looking at the Cup and needs one more experienced, stable Dman - then they'll need to throw us a promising D prospect / younger player with potential / upside (and a pick).

Re: US Erection 12 *AND* 16

What matters in a SCOTUS associate is their ability to make sound legal decisions, not their party drinking habits in high school. While I agree with that statement, and don't care if (or how much) he drank in high school. For me, it was his laughable defense of the drinking - "Ralph club - biggest...

Re: GDT 06-Oct-18: Canucks @ Flames 19:00 PST

Good game last night, despite the loss. Still a lot of work to do, but the effort is mostly there. Once Boesser wakes up and we have 2 scoring lines, we'll be able to offset the D (a little) If the the season continues with decent effort and great goals, I'll be happy. As for stats - I like this one...

I think within a calendar year Petterson will be the best player on this team.
I can see that happenning in a month or less.

You are wrong.
Vegas odds are not anything that should be used as a credible source. Yes, Kypreos knows more than the Vegas odds.
Wow.... I've read some really dumb things in this thread, but this one made brain hurt. :D
