Re: Trade rumours & armchair pipe dreams 19-20 Sponsored by SKYO

Wonder how many crappy offers JB had to turn down for Gaudette, Demko, Juolevi and Rafferty....young potential. Bet anything Dubas wanted one of OJ or Rafferty plus Stecher + for Barrie...only to lose Barrie for nothing July 1st. I believe Barrie will pull a 2010 Hamhuis (even if a team trades for ...

Yes it’s crappy that Markstrom is hurt but the silver lining, if there is one, is that we will get to see how good Demko can be.
This will help the team in the long run, as they can really see what they have with Demko, and it could end up REALLY helping Markstrom's next contract - or who knows?

Yup - had an MRI in Montreal today, out. That's a pretty big hit to Corny's math...

I'd be happy if they just re-sign Toffoli 5 years right now. :D
Coming from SKYO on today of all days - that's impressive! :D

I'm thinking the Canucks are done for the day and this is the team we're going to the dance with. I'm ok with that.

Not sure there is a CC hall of fame, but could our mod change this thread title to:
The Official CC: Dave Ayres Memorial “All Things Leaves” thread.
He definitely deserved some recognition.
His name shall live on!

Re: Canucks Young Guns

Hughes is probably a more valuable asset than even Pettersson now. Hes blown away all expectations and appears to be getting better by the game. How high can he fly is the question now As far as creating offense goes, I have to give the edge to Hughes. I'm actually having trouble thinking about HOW...
