Re: The 2018 NHL Entry Draft

This Draft with solid talent through to the 12 hole make for a interesting one to watch when the Canucks hold the 7th spot. Will Montreal go off the board and take Kotkaniemi Will Tchuck fall and how far? Will a team go for a risky pick like Boq ahead of the Canucks...it looks like his stock has fal...

Re: The 2018 NHL Entry Draft

The Canucks aren’t saying much about Boquivist, I wonder if this is the d they are targeting. To me Hughes and Boq are risky picks that have the potential to be much better than Bouch or Dobs if the offensive upside they have displayed translates to the NHL and if their d game gets better. I don’t k...

Re: Trade rumours & armchair pipe dreams 17-18 Sponsored by SKYO

PK obviously has some “room” issues with players why else does every team want to trade him. He’s talented and great in the community ...what am I missing?! I’m happy Jim is active - that’s his job, I think he and Linden have been getting better year by year as two upper management rookies. I can’t ...

Re: Canucks Young Guns

How perfect, it's June, the Sedins have been retired for 2 months, the Canucks dropped in the draft lottery (again), and their top 3 prospects are all hurt -Boeser, Peterson and now Juolevi. If anybody ever asks about Canuck Luck, this is the perfect example. ESQ come on bud pick yourself up off th...

Re: Canucks Young Guns

Thx Mick, I don't think this is a serious operation, I think it delays him about 6 weeks of training. More time to level up his characters in Fortnight.... Just kidding! This small delay won't change BPA. I say put him in Utica and bring up Chatfield.

Re: Trade rumours & armchair pipe dreams 17-18 Sponsored by SKYO

The only “now” players ....guys that make an impact right away as in next year have to be free agents. Trading assets for guys that are not peaking with Boeser and EP means your totally screwing the rebuild and wasting Boeser and Ep as prime assets to appease the now fans for a short spike or parlou...

Could see 5 Canadians go top 10 and 10 go top 20

Newhook
Dach
Cozens
Krebs
Byram
Robertson
Poulin
Lavoie
Suzuki
Willams

Re: The 2018 NHL Entry Draft

Yeah Newhook has taken over the world by storm the last few months. He’s definitely leap frogged Cozens and Bryam as the top Canadian to be selected in the 2019 draft. Him and that Finn Kakko will battle it out to being the 2nd to go after Hughes There is actually a very strong and deep class of Ca...

Re: The 2018 NHL Entry Draft

I can definitely see Carolina taking Zadina, I agree Montreal is a wild card I think they take Brady. I do believe Detroit picks a d man. Good write up Dude. If we get Wahlstrom who is a Center and only shifted to wing to make room for the number one pick next year Jack Hughes we would have EP and W...
