So does my hockey pool FFS.

Bubbles wants Bo to play wing. I pointed out the situation of Bo's faceoffs last week.
Because wingers NEVER take faceoffs, it's never happened and never will.

When the team sends out two centers for an important draw, one of them is completely useless because he doesn't know what to do.

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)

Was Travis Green Linden's or Benning's guy? Anyone see a scenario where Benning goes to Aquaman and says he wants to bring in his own guy to coach the team? Green is doing a good job, but he's no Quenville Canucks right now are in a similar place as the Hawks were when they made the coaching move. ...

Re: 2019 NHL ENTRY DRAFT - Vancouver

Hank winning the hart and art ross says he was absolutely an elite center. Yeah, still no respect for being the 85th player in NHL HISTORY to record 1,000 career regular season points. Finished his career in 65th place for ALL TIME SCORING in the NHL, and if he did play a couple of more season (whi...

Re: Trade rumours & armchair pipe dreams 18-19 Sponsored by SKYO

Any interest in Ho-Sang? Good marketing move to bring in a player of asian descent to Vancouver...attitude problems seem to be the biggest issue with him. Maybe a trade gives him a kick in the ass to smarten up?

High risk, high reward...could be had for a late draft pick.

Teams aren't trading 1st rounders for rentals anymore, and both these guys have well-earned reputations as band-aids.

Re: From Bountiful to Ponoka

Anyone have any thoughts on the career projections for Johnny Gaudreau? I placed a bet with my brother in law a while back that he won't hit 1000 points in his career - he is sure that Johnny Hockey will eclipse that mark by at least 100 and possibly hit close to 1200 in his career. He's sitting at ...

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)

These Canucks, yes - I'm assuming you're old enough to remember what happened when Naslund got a cheap shot. Aaah yes. "Here lies Steve Moore One shot from #44 No Steve No Moore" Fucking right. Couldn’t have happened to a nicer rat. Problem with this franchise is it’s always gone to either extreme ...

Re: GDT: Canucks vs Oilers 9/25/18

I am more worried about the D. I think Boeser will come around, Pettersson will figure it out. I think the hope was a healthy Eriksson would replace Vanek, but yeah it doesn't seem to be happening right now. Back to the D, if we lose either Edler or Tanev for a stretch it will be a tire fire back t...
