At this point, I’m fully ready to admit being wrong on the Miller trade. Guy has been fantastic and easily worth the acquisition cost.
Respect.

Re: The Brexit disaster

Really disappointing that Labour brought forth such an unappealing ballot in such an important election. Boris Johnson's approval rating was -3, but Corbyn's like -39.... Voter turnout in the most important British general election since WW2 was lower than in 2017... :o People just couldn't bring th...

Re: Canucks News n Notes 2019-2020

So Ferland doesn't have a concussion, just concussion like symptoms. Suspicious!! Demko with another concussion. So maybe we trade him and sign Markstrom and get Dipietro ready for 3 years from now. Not a new concussion, symptoms from his previous one more likely. I noticed the deliberate choice of...

Re: Canucks News n Notes 2019-2020

Yes, Pettersson falls down a bunch, but it isn't more than last year and it seems to be a bit of a thing to try to draw penalties (which he will get the reputation for and thus will stop being terribly effective). And it doesn't usually take him out of the play (or even result in a turnover) becaus...

Re: 2018 draft re-draft

Dahlin night not score as much but he’s a much better defender than Hughes. Keep in mind he’s missed five games with a concussion as well so he could easily have 20 + points. I'd say Hughes has far exceeded his projected value whereas Dahlin has slightly underwhelmed....but as you say, this is what...

Re: The Brexit disaster

Well, the British had a chance to back out of Brexit; any outcome but a solid majority for the Tories would have included a second referendum. And they decided to give the Tories a solid majority. Well, we had a good run. Just remember that when you come crawling back, there will be no more discount...

Sweden is one of very few countries that has not experienced aggression from British soldiers on our soil.

The case appears to be headed to the ICJ for settlement. Yup. Although their definition of invaded is rather generous. Many o...

Re: The Brexit disaster

The Intergalactic Lord Buckethead will run in the same district as Johnsson, representing the Monster Raving Loony Party. He is sceptical to Brexit, and instead suggests Earth should opt out of the Solar System and try to negotiate a better deal with Outer Space. BoJo will probably beat thim though....
