Re: Mick's thread full of links CLICK AT YOUR OWN PERIL

I would like to see him re-signed too, at a reasonable price.

Doctor Gohmert....... the story about Motte’s panic/anxiety issues have been out there for awhile. Maybe regale us with another Cam Neely story next time. Fuck off https://i.pinimg.com/originals/9f/68/6a/9f686a00539bb6d6d3bbb13480d6f13e.jpg In fairness, the first article he is quoting is from today.

Re: Goalies moving forward.

Agree, why we would sign Lundquist for more than a year? He is also 38 and his best years are behind him, I am not against signing him for to be a 1A and mentor for Demko but I would only do it for a year.

Re: Canucks News n Notes 2019-2020

Marky might be trying to get a NTC/NMC. (no thank you) "I'm sure Jacob Markstrom and Newport Sports is pushing for the full no-trade, no-move clause." @DarrenDreger on what he's hearing between the #Canucks and Jacob Markstrom's camp. I’m fine with that as long as it is stipulated that he can be ex...

Re: Trade rumours & armchair pipe dreams 19-20 Sponsored by SKYO

While Baertschi cleared waivers twice last year (maybe three times), the fact that his contract is done after this season makes considerable difference in terms of whether its movable. I would think that his performance in the AHL last year would have translated into something pretty similar to wha...

Re: Trade rumours & armchair pipe dreams 19-20 Sponsored by SKYO

Bob McKenzie saying the Rangers asked Buffalo about Eichels availability? Hmmmm, what’s it going to take? They are desperate for another centre. The Rangers have lots of pieces Lafrenierre and D’Angelo? Lafrenierre and Shesterkin? Lafrenierre alone? Lafrenierre and K’Andre Miller? Kreider, Kravtsov...

Re: Trade rumours & armchair pipe dreams 19-20 Sponsored by SKYO

So, hypothetically speaking, .............................would you spend next year's 1st to get 6mil in extra cap space over the next two years? Honestly, not sure I would. I would... if that was the rock bottom price. But I think Canucks can unload Loui by attaching a much smaller asset than that...

Re: Trade rumours & armchair pipe dreams 19-20 Sponsored by SKYO

Posted this earlier, but I think the best we can hope for, other than him being a 'throw in' for a blockbuster trade is: Loui (50% retained) + 3rd round pick for future considerations (something like a 7th round pick) We loose a decent asset but get 3 mil in cap savings. That I think might be the b...

Canucks would not be able to walk away from an arb amount up to $4,538,958.

I don't think the team will qualify Stecher. (I think they'll trade him)
In that case, yeah, I can't see them qualify him.

Here's a question for you.

If the Canucks were going to buyout his contract, how much savings would they get? I have always heard Loui's contract is buyout proof but just how bad is it?
