I remember thinking Stetcher and Trymankin made a good pairing. Just saying.
Av benched him in the Worlds yesterday. Didn't hear his name in the third at all.
Wait weren't you the guy that was absolutely choked that he started his career in Utica?

Re: 2019 NHL ENTRY DRAFT - Vancouver

Dubois was a kid that totally impressed Columbus his draft year. Too bad he didn't have the flu that day.

Peter DeBoer said the "two hardest, heaviest teams are in the final." https://thehockeynews.com/news/article/blues-and-bruins-prove-heavy-and-physical-is-a-thing-but-not-the-only-thing But also you need that sprinkle of the smaller but super skilled players to help the big heavy players, healthy ba...

Re: 2019 NHL ENTRY DRAFT - Vancouver

Ya I think that’s the key. It’s just another tool. I doubt it will change much in the top 2-4 selected, depending upon any given draft year, but may impact the next tier. It will also help in rounds 2-3 sort through some detail. Some GMs it’s all about attitude and character in the interviews more s...

Re: 2018-2019 Playoffs. Round three

 that's funny. 2x World Cup Gold, World Junior Gold, Olympic Gold. Art Ross, Hart Trophy. He's like the Sedins, but better. Exactly, pretty light on the team accomplishments. I don't know if you watched the Olympics where he got his gold medal, but he was the most useless player on that team. ...

Re: 2018-2019 Playoffs. Round three

Like him or lump him he’s #14 in all time scoring. I’d say he’s accomplished a fair bit more than very little. He’s a guaranteed first ballot hall of famer. I guess guys like the twins and Iginla have accomplished very little by those lofty standards. For me Blob its playing with humility. Name any...

Re: 2018-2019 Playoffs. Round three

Man does Thornton ever look old, emancipated, in that post game interview. I still hate him. But I respect the he shut down any injury talk as an excuse. Just shut it down. I still hate him.

Re: 2019 NHL ENTRY DRAFT - Vancouver

[ Remember Donald Brashears end to end rushes? Once he got going there was no stopping the Donald. Here's one for the CC vault - who was the poster that has that classic Larscheid quote in his signature line - "he went coast to coast like buttered toast!"? Except a stick to the head. That stopped h...

Re: 2018-2019 Playoffs. Round three

Ya, I guess his whole 22 year career that’s how he’s looked. Good bye Joe. SJS are not a team on the rise. They are like Detroit after their Cup wins, make the playoffs but don’t finish. No use in you keep playing.
