Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)

Boeser hasn’t produced at Mariner numbers. He hasn’t earned big coin. Do a 4 year 6-6.5 M or go long, 8x7.5.

I think he has the potential for 40-50 goals he just hasn’t done it.

HW let’s be clear about something, my time down there was over 40 years ago. Blobs time down there is now. He’s a regular at the Astoria, cashing his paycheques.
Well then, Blob and I must get a beer together sometime!!

Re: The Official CC "All Thing Leaves" thread

I live on East Hastings now, at Campbell. It is pretty scary some days but during the day I feel somewhat safe. It is a sad part of town to live in. The Hasting’s Street bus is my main means of transportation and it is an experience. You have to add on 20 minutes for every trip due to the high volum...

Re: Canucks Contracts

to paraphrase something I heard on the radio, BB wants a deal that shows something like $10M on the final year as that will be the amount the Canucks needs to qualify him on. Maybe it was HW who said that and if it is what BB and agent want then hope BB can handle a month or 2 of no hockey. https:/...

Benning said he wasn’t going to do PTO this year. Must be as suggested just to have bodies for the split squad games

Re: Canucks Contracts

Goldobin gets a one way. So he’s set to earn $900,000 no matter what. If we waive him, no cap residue and since it’s a one way it may make him to be less likely to be plucked on waivers.

I think if healthy and if he comes to camp Boeser has a great chance to crack 40 goals. Would love to see him bark out this year.

Re: The Official CC "All Thing Leaves" thread

That list is weak as well. It has Calgary in the 5th position. Calgary is one of Hargraves least favourite cities. I'm with you Blob. I did 3.5 years pennance in Calgary. Hated every second of it. Finally left the company Id been working for, for decades, and started over in Vancouver. Best decisio...
