Re: GDT: Predators @ Canucks March 12, 2026 @ 7:00 PM BCST SNP

The Tank Commander is on.

Scratching Hoglander, after what many would think have been his best stretch of games this year?

Why not scratch DeBrusk or EP40? Both have been abysmal (unless shot blocking is the stat you're looking for).

Foote continues to prove he is the right coach for this team.

Re: Just Not ready

You think Carney is right-leaning???? I think, as a country's leader should - he leans different ways on various subjects, but when it comes to certain policies, he is certainly centrist-right, as I mentioned. - Boosting defense spending - Defunding the CBC - Removal of the Consumer Carbon Tax ...

Re: Just Not ready

I don't think we have. My guess is this is what happens when a centrist-right leaning leader is elected in Canada, when the other two parties' leadership is non-existent. One literally, one figuratively. You think Carney is right-leaning???? I think, as a country's leader should - he leans ...

Re: We're All Doomed!™ (the Conquest, War, Famine, and Death Thread)

Why aren't we planting trees like there's no tomorrow? I thought we are... ? :? Heck, I've personally planted tens of thousands of trees. Mainly spruce and pine, but the occassional oak, pear, plum, cherry apple and oak tree. Even two peach trees. The first one died during an exceptionally cold ...

Re: So.... who is your 'Playoff' Team?

Don't have a specific team - but will cheer for the ones playing against Minny and Buffalo. Guerin got his already, and I don't want the Sad Club getting smaller... Vancouver has a lot of questionable records against - think Gretzky's 802 etc. It would be the worst, if they were to be the last NHL ...

Re: The Petey Predicament

Well…..a 2-0 blanking by Brady’s boys from Ottawa. Our 1C got 15:26 TOI and a single SOG. The 2 blocks and 1 hit would sure have been helpful if the NHL counted the score like fantasy leagues. Our 3C got 18:44 TOI and matched the blocks and hits. Our 2C got 16:10 TOI and came up 1 block shy of mat ...

Re: My Truck...

A Skoda Enyaq iv 80X Sportline, as the one I drive, is allowed to tow 1200 kg (braked) or 750 kg (unbraked). It may not be enough if you need to tow heavy machinery, but it works for me. Its mostly the hit on the range it creates - as an example the F-150 Lightning has an optional extended range of ...

Re: My Truck...

LOL, I was going to reply to Mëds' misinformation there - but I see, as usual, Per does a better job. There are a lot of EVs up North here - in fact my closest neighbour has a Tesla, and drives it all year long. Even in -45C. Says he still gets 60-70% battery life compared to summer temps, and he ...

Big guy who lumbers around and hits hard - check

Scratched: Curtis Douglas Doesn’t Foote know the Senators have one of the most punchable guys in the league? Well to be fair, two of the most punchable guys in the league. Doesn't Bieksa's ol' Pal Nick Cousins also play for OTT? Foote could have gotten himself the old Cuz 2 for 1!
