I hate Kassian. He was given a chance to succeed in Vancouver but decided to do drugs instead. The Canucks ended up losing a pick to get rid of him. He was given a chance to succeed in Montreal and did nothing. Now, all of a sudden, he becomes a useful player that the Canucks wanted him to be. The ...

He makes high risk moves. Oh well, at least he puts up points.

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)

I read it and heard the interview. It was a different culture back then. No different than any of us going to work thirty years ago and the way bosses talked to us back then. Pick yourself, dust yourself off and put your big boy pants on. Bunch of ffffff babies as Big Bird would say. Everything tod...

That missing jump/push back will be helped when the injured return. This road-trip has shown the importance of Beagle,Birdbones,Ferland,Motte & Roussel. They might not show it on the scoresheets but their presence is paramount for this teams success Missing the veteran presence and toughness up fro...

I say this one is on Green
Agreed. He keeps leaving Gaudette out to take the defensive faceoffs which ended up costing two goals.

Sure
No, it is all on Green. He is stubborn. Something does not work and just keep playing the same combo over and over again.

Demko is the real deal. Despite giving up 6 goals, none of them were really bad goals.

you can't play stetcher with edler. it's just a big no no Was just thinking the same thing. I always laugh at the analytics and media guys who clamor for Stecher to get more minutes and calls him the best PK dman on the team. If you can't see that he is a 3rd pairing dman by now, I don't know what ...

Preferably a large physical one. :drink:
I can live with a short defenseman if he can bring offense, like Hughes. Stecher cannot even put a puck on net let alone scoring a goal.
