Re: CC Random thread

Yesterday would have been Steve Irwin's birthday.

But he's dead.

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)

Nick Jensen gets a 2nd and Madison Bowey from Washington. Jensen is a solid #4/5 dman, nothing special, but that's a nice return for the Wings. Amazing that Holland consistently gets good picks back in trades for average players - he's so good at it that in the past 2 drafts he's had an extra 7(!) ...

Re: GDT: 21/02/19; Coyotes vs Canucks; 7pm; SPNPT

Canucks started the game by playing safe, off the boards and out defence. Problem was, the Coyotes controlled the neutral zone and simply re-entered the Canucks end. Oddly, nursing only a 1 goal lead, Vancouver returned to that for the third period. From the mid, point of the first, through most of ...

Fuck are there ever a lot of Alberian plates on the roads these days. Is there nothing for these assholes to do at home?

Re: Closing out the season (2018/19)

I think Andre Burakovsky is a decent choice for right now. His career has waggled a tad but he's still young and is on a very good team. His contract is up and me thinks the Caps may have other things in mind. No, it's not splashy but for now, it's a realistic replacement for Horvat to play with si...

Re: Closing out the season (2018/19)

I think hockey is to hard to quantify into advanced stats. I’d assume basketball would be as well. There’s too much going on and too many variables. Baseball is a different kettle of fish all together. No idea whether advanced stats in football are a thing. It will get better with the gps tracking ...

Potatometrics This made me lol. I don't know who you are talking about though. I say ride or die. The west sucks and we have a shot at the playoffs. Go for it but don't trade for rental players at the deadline. Seems like the stars aligning to me. We need either Jack Hughes or some other offensive ...

They sedated me! Can you believe that shit?

Good gawd, now pinko-loving MSN is turning on AOC! :wow: She chases Amazon ($30Billion + 25,000 jobs) out of NY and says that was a good thing for the people she represents! She actually thought NY could then spend the $3Billion in tax breaks Amazon would have received, hey free wallet! https...

Re: Just Not ready

Reads like Trudeau's long time buddy and advisor Gerald Butts has been thrown under the bus. Was the bus travelling on a SNC-Lavalin built bridge at the time? "At all times, I and those around me acted with integrity and a singular focus on the best interests of all Canadians," Butts said Monday. "C...
