Re: Vancouver's Hockey "Media"
Arachnid do you ever contribute anything of use? Jesus was gay and an environmentalist? Please attempt to stick to something you know a little bit about...yeah I don't know what that is either. Or better yet, just stop being such an ass. You're not funny you're embarrassing.

Re: The Official CC "All Thing Leaves" thread
Just out of curiosity, why the hell do some of you care what they do in Toronto? We aren't going to act like Calpuke are we?!

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)
David Booth is an NHL quality player. Unfortunately he never truly got a chance in Vancouver. He isn't a 40 goal or even 30 goal guy but 20 isn't out of the question with someone who can feed him the puck.

Re: Welcome to the Dark Side Minions: The Top Draft Prospect
I want a physically proactive team that has the oppositions head on a swivel. We won't get that with little soft players. Either Ritchie or Virtanen should be the first pick. We have some decent young potential but until it's realized that's all it is, potential. So draft for size and skill not simp...

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)
Well at least Vandermeer won't allow crease crashing. Anyone who does will find out just how tough this guy is. Barker seems to have had a string of bad luck with injuries and before passing judgement I'll wait to see how camp goes. The greatest area of concern right now is the 2 C spot. I have very...

Re: From Bountiful to Ponoka
I go over to Red Deer quite a bit as I have a Son who moved there before having my Grandaughter...sigh. The feeling there isn't anywhere as bitter as some of you guys think. I wear a Canucks T or hat and they give it to me but it's always with a smile on their face. I always laugh and ask them if Al...

Re: From Bountiful to Ponoka
Hatred is such a strong emotion. It must be tough for people who have to live in Calgary and watch as Vancouver keeps winning. It just doesn't seem fair for us to have everything like we do. The setting, the lifestyle, the world beats a path to our door. Yeah I can understand bertuzzied and feel sor...

Also even though he isn't playing, I can't stand Glen Sather. That smarmy smirk he always wore on his face while coach of the Oilers made me want to smash him in the mouth.

Re: Welcome to the Refugees from "Central"
I don't know what happened to Chris but it doesn't sound too good. I can only hope that the people who drove him off the net get bit in the ass by karma. I have been posting on both boards for a few years now and enjoyed certain posters from both boards. My favorite insider has always been HW so I h...

Re: Gillis teaches a lesson. G.M 101.
I've heard that we have between 2 to 3 million left in cap space which if left until the deadline would be the equivalent of 6 million dollars. If the Wild slip then Gaborik could be had as he won't be re-signing with them it appears. I would love this forward line-up now; Sedin-Sedin-Wellwood Demit...
